Q: Is the building pet friendly?

A: Pets are not allowed on the premises. Exceptions are made for seeing-eye dogs or conveyances required by physically challenged persons.

Q: How do I request additional space?

A: The leasing company for 15 East 26th Street is Cushman & Wakefield. The main phone number is (212) 841-5976.

Q: Can I bike to work?

A: You may bike to work and park your bicycle on the bike racks located in the freight lobby. Bicycles are not permitted in the elevators or onto your respective floors. Building Management is not responsible for monitoring your bicycles and for any lost or stolen items. Please be sure to lock your bicycle and take all your personal belongings with you. Bike rack availability is on a first come first serve basis.

Q: Where can I smoke?

A: Please be advised that all office buildings in New York City, including 15 East 26th Street are NO SMOKING BUILDINGS. We are asking for your cooperation not to smoke in the common areas of this Building as It is a fire hazard. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the roof deck. If you do notice anyone smoking in common areas, please call the Building Office.

Q: How does heating and air condition work at 15 East 26th Street?

A: Heating is provided by the building throughout the heating season during business hours 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Air Conditioning is controlled by the Tenant. Should the temperature level change abruptly or, if you experience discomfort in your suite or in a particular office, please call the Building Management Office. Your call will be referred immediately to engineering personnel.
